Description

Perfectly situated right on the ocean front at the eastern end of Playa de las Americas, these Tenerife holiday apartments command an extremely enviable position with the choice of two small beaches directly in front of the complex. The two main resort beaches, which offer a host of watersports, are within a 10 minute walk. The seafront promenade provides easy access to all areas of the resort and there is an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife within the immediate area.
Parque Santiago in Tenerife is stylishly designed and the holiday apartments are set in attractive gardens of palm trees and tropical flowers. The swimming pools are located amidst these pretty gardens, surrounded by spacious sunbathing areas which are generously furnished with sun loungers and parasols (payable locally).

Each apartment and villa in Parque Santiago is comfortably furnished with a lounge/dining area, satellite TV, separate bathroom and either a balcony, a terrace or a garden. There is also a fitted kitchen equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, kettle and toaster and mirrowave. The villas and some of the apartments we rent also have washing machine. Maid service and laundry is generally weekly, although services do differ. Please note that only a limited number of properties are serviced by lifts.
